"Royals" is a song by New Zealand singer Lorde, included in her debut EP, The Love Club, released on March 8, 2013. Later, also included on their first studio album, Pure Heroine, published September 27 of the same year. Lorde's composed with Joel Little, and the latter also produced. Its lyrics talk about issues such as the aristocracy and makes references to 'alcohol expensive, beautiful clothes and beautiful cars'. Several critics praised her poetry.
